Value and efficiency

Working extensively with Academies, the Department of Education and Further and Higher Educational establishments has allowed us to take lessons learned from previous schemes to improve the value and efficiency on new projects.

By working collaboratively with our Education Clients, including teaching staff and students, we determine the project brief early in the process and focus on the delivery of value for money solutions that maximise efficiency, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered by the strict deadline for the September intake of the new academic year.

Focused expertise

All of our delivery teams have extensive experience working in and around a live occupied education environment and understand the importance of collaborative working with the Client Team to plan construction activities to ensure the minimum of disruption to the day to day running of the existing facility.

Our in-house Design Management team are fully proficient in the use of BIM level 2 to provide 3D Modelling and assist the facility users in determining room layouts to maximise the best use of the space being provided.

Our Project Delivery Teams also implement the principles of ‘Soft Landings’ to ensure the buildings can be used efficiently from day one of occupation.
