Working in partnership
We partner with local authorities and work within framework agreements to restore, re purpose and realise new initiatives that will benefit the wider community leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come. The ‘Climate Change’ agenda is a key feature with all communities and we are supporting local authorities to achieve ‘zero carbon’ targets through proactive initiatives on reducing carbon emissions both in construction and the life cycle of the buildings we work on.

Key to our success is communication and being sensitive to the needs of the end user, which involves listening and being innovative in how we work minimising disturbance to both people and the local echo systems.

Adding value
Our early involvement often results in a better understanding of both the site and the surrounding area and we look to implement social value initiatives throughout the life of the construction work including work experience, placements, site tours and education projects involving local college students and school children.
