Design & Build

This project involved a new community hall and extensive refurbishment of West Heath Recreation Ground which will benefit residents living in the Rea Valley area.

The external works within the park and recreation ground included drainage, refurbishment of the footpaths, lighting, landscaping, fencing, car parking facilities, formation of the new pedestrian entrances to the park as well as provision of a new play area.

Contract Period: 44 weeks

The project was delivered on time, to budget and to complete client’s satisfaction.
