Design & Build

This Design and Build project ran to a tight 30 week fast track programme and involved two separate schemes:-

• The NEC LG Arena
• The NEC Conference Facility
• Work was undertaken around existing tenanted events with up to 50,000 to the complex daily.

LG Arena -: Work involved the formation of a new entrance to the arena and a two storey feature tower. The finished scheme provides a pre-event party gathering area, bars, fast food outlets,VIP area and Michelin star restaurant.

Conference Facility:- Formation of 7 new conference rooms and associated landscaping.

All works were phased to keep disruption to a minimum.
