This design & build scheme will create a new 40,000 sq ft industrial unit including warehouse and 2 storey office facilities for Meter Provida who are the UK’s leading multi utility metering specialist.

External works include car parking and access road. The site is part of the 200 acre business and distribution park developed by Henry Boot at J29A off the M1.

Contract Period: 26 weeks
