The construction of a new McDonalds fast food restaurant and drive through on Watling Street Tamworth.

The works comprised the development of new foundation bases, associated external works, service and drain connections for the new facility.

A car park area along with hard and soft landscaping and lighting completed the scheme.

Contract Period: 12 weeks

The development is adjacent to a live section of carriageway where traffic flow had to be maintained at all times, requiring sensitive traffic management to avoid any disruption.

The team worked with adjacent businesses to ensure they were able to remain fully operational throughout the duration of the works.
