The Procure Partnerships Framework
pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets.
G F Tomlinson has been appointed to the £8bn Procure Partnerships Framework to deliver construction projects between £5m – £15m in the East and West Midlands.
The framework commences on 1st November 2023 and will run for 4 years.
Framework benefits for public sector clients include flexibility with choice of call-off options (including direct award) and up to 8 forms of contract.
Every project is mandated to deliver a minimum of 12% of the contract value in Social Value Add, delivering social, economic and environmental benefits to local communities.
The framework provides performance management across every project, measured across 10 key performance indicators, giving clients assurance of consistent, high quality delivery.
This framework is a major public sector procurement vehicle and our appointment on the £5m – £15m value band provides us with an opportunity to support public sector clients in the Midlands.
