Design & Build

The design and construction of a 84,000 sq ft warehouse building, with a two storey 4,000 sq ft office building to the front elevation.

The existing site has been remediated by the Employer and the works comprises of ground improvement to the footprint concrete pad foundations, a new high tolerance concrete ground floor slab, and a double span steel portal frame with built up roofing and cladding systems.

Contract Period: 48 weeks

The works included the associated car park, service yard and access road including drainage and mains services.
