G F Tomlinson has been appointed to deliver capital projects of between £250,000 and £5 million value. The framework is open for use by any public sector organisation looking to procure projects in the West Midlands.
Constructing West Midlands has a clear commitment to providing public sector clients with access to a fully OJEU compliant framework delivering high quality, cost effective and innovative projects which support and enhance our local communities.
Constructing West Midlands is a collaboration between Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Acivico Limited, a design, construction and facilities management specialist which is wholly owned by Birmingham City Council and which operates the framework. Constructing West Midlands is a member of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF)
The Constructing West Midlands framework supports public sector clients, giving them access to simple and efficient procurement for delivery of schemes which provide vital services in the region.
