Design & Build

The extension of the state of the art Brose UK factory site which manufactures electronic car parts for Jaguar, Land Rover, Nissan and Toyota.

The new facility will double the size of its current production capacity, enabling it to better service its Client’s such as Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota and Nissan.

Doubling the factory’s capacity through the construction of an 11,000 square metre extension and mezzanine floor to accommodate office space.

Outdoor landscaping is also a key part of the project with the creation of 150 new car parking spaces.

Contract Period: 28 weeks

The building and facilities were required to provide a high quality, constructive and mutually beneficial environment, that could naturally aid the artistic flow of work, and utilise the business start up and entrepreneurial expertise flowing from the nearby Techno Centre facility.
